Liquid Pixel Digital Agency (“Liquid Pixel,” “we,” “us”) operates liquidpixel.io. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website, why it is collected, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you book a call or email us, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and anything you choose to write. Scheduling is handled by Calendly, and the information you enter in that booking window is collected by Calendly and shared with us.
Information collected automatically. This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use it — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we do not sell it.
Virtual tours. Our 360° tours are hosted on Amazon Web Services. Opening a tour loads content from that service.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses them for analytics (Google Analytics) and for the scheduling widget (Calendly). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics entirely using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, schedule and hold meetings, understand which parts of the site are useful, and improve our work. That is all.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that make this site function: Google (analytics), Calendly (scheduling), Amazon Web Services (tour hosting), and GitHub (website hosting). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and booking records are kept as long as needed for the working relationship and our business records. Google Analytics data is retained according to the retention period set on the property.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live — including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the California Consumer Privacy Act, and the GDPR — you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain processing. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
To make a request, email rc@liquidpixel.io. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children
This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. No payments are taken and no accounts are created on this website.

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above will change with it.
